Grid Rush Legends

Grid Rush Legends skips the simulation fuss and goes straight for the fun. Tracks are short, the drift mechanic is satisfying, and the sense of speed holds up even on a smaller screen. It's built around quick races you can finish before your coffee cools.

Tilt steering works well but I switched to the on-screen buttons, which felt more precise during tight corners. Both options are in the settings and you can remap the boost button, which is a nice touch.

The downside is heat. Longer sessions warmed my phone up and the battery noticeably dipped. Keep that in mind on a day out, but for bursts of racing it's a blast.
